Refund policy

Return Terms and Conditions:

1. 1. Email Sales@dnahyperformance.com with in 14 calendar days. 
   2. All Returns must have a valid RMA number in order to be processed for a credit/exchange.
   3. Products (including original packaging) must be returned in new, resalable condition, with all pieces included.
   4. Any returns received without an RMA or in used/installed condition will be declined and the shipper must pay the return freight fees.
   5. All returns unless damaged or special order, will be assessed a 15% return fee. 
   6. Any Built to order/special order parts, such as  supercharger/turbo systems, fuel systems, headers and wheels but not limited to, are accepted for a refund within 14 days of receipt of product if unopened. There will be a 30% restocking fee and shipping will not be credited back. Credit will be issued once system is received back and inspected to be in uninstalled/original condition. 
   7. All wheels should be inspected before mounting tires. Wheels that have had tires mounted are ineligible for refunds. No Exceptions
   8. We recommend shipping returned products via a tracking courier such as UPS, Fed-Ex or US certified Mail with insurance to ensure full credit.
   9. Special order items are not able to be accepted for return. 
   10. If a free shipping item is returned the outbound shipping will be deducted from the refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping as well.
   11. If a customer changes an address, or enters an incorrect address, when placing the order the customer is responsible for any address change/correction fees billed by the carrier.
   12. If an order is returned not do to a defect, customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping fees will be deducted from the credit.
   13. All parts should be inspected before installing.
