SPL Parts 06-15 Mazda Miata MX-5 (NC) / 03-12 Mazda RX-8 Front Tie Rod Ends Bumpsteer Adjustable
SPL Parts 06-15 Mazda Miata MX-5 (NC) / 03-12 Mazda RX-8 Front Tie Rod Ends Bumpsteer Adjustable
SPL Parts
Mazda MX-5 NC and ND Front Tie Rod Ends (TRE) allow the tie rod end pivot to be adjusted in 1/8" - 1/4" increments using the provided spacers. This will correct bump steer resulting from modified caster or lower arm geometry. Reducing bump steer can improve lap times, significantly improve stability over bumps and fast transitions, and improve handling predictability. On cars that are lowered significantly, relocating the pivot point will also keep the tie rod end from binding, thereby preventing bind-related damage to the inner tie rods.Precision CNC-machined, heat-treated 4140 chromoly steel shanks are utilized to handle the abuse of racing and drifting. SPL tie rod ends also feature 304 stainless steel bump steer spacers and black anodized, lightweight 2024-T351 aluminum turnbuckles for corrosion resistance, long-term durability, and increased strength over commonly used 6061-T6. American-made FK rod ends are PTFE lined to deliver long life and smooth operation across a useful range of articulation.Sold as a pair.Made in the USAThis Part Fits:
